NOTHING TO LOOSE
Nate, Nate, what do you say
You and PS slowly drifting away
Turner comes along, snatches him from you
Now you’re alone but someone else is too
Calleb and Nate; best of friends
But all Nate wishes is him and PS make amends
PS sniggers to the beast starts to bubble and brew
Caleb pats him so breath, breath, breath, got nothing to loose
Nate goes home, tired and shattered
‘Nate you’re home! Look at the webs I’ve spattered’
‘Nate love, after the kids. I’m going out with Sanna’
‘Sure Mum I will’ but he wants a caring mum or Nanna
Jax, Dylan, at the park, the one next to the library
Nate is inside, thinking, wish someone would do this for me
After an hour, they go home but Mum is still not back
Nate puts Dylan in to bed. ‘Night Natie. Give spidey his sack’
It’s time for the trip, the one in school
Lake Westmere, a huge swimming pool
Kids sit down in seats they giggle and they shout
Suddenly they fall quiet, Miss Griffen roar’s around
Children have settled, let’s go in the snow
Blindfold on, now let’s follow the rope!!
Everyone is having fun, boots in snow like slime
Until something bad happens, everything now’s not fine
Nate stumbles and Turner and PS snigger
In his mind, Nate’s beast starts to trigger
But with a blink of an eye four hand appear
And a voice breaks out and says, I’m here Nate, I’m here
Nate and Dylan on the sofa
