Two of our pupils were lucky enough to attend the first Stockton Youth Climate Coalition at The Arc. They listened to a range of speakers including the Head of Environmental, Leisure and Green Infrastructure of Stockton on Tees Borough Council and how they aim to become NET Zero by 2023. They discussed different careers in STEM, hydrogen cars, crude oil and renewables. We all then made a pledge for change and talked about we can do to help with climate change.
